2010-07-12 Kiwa takes over Analytiklabor from Fugro Consult GmbH

Kiwa values the highest professional quality and customer focus and is subsequently eager to offer additional services and qualified customer representatives.

For Kiwa the environment is a key issue. Kiwa has accredited laboratories, having state-of-the-art technology and many years of experience in this field at its disposal. The Analytiklabor in Berlin is another qualified location in the Kiwa network of laboratories and test sites.

From now on Kiwa-Control GmbH offers the services of three laboratories (Berlin, Brandenburg and Rostock), such as sample taking, chemical research of soil, garbage, dust, mud, sediments, water, waste water, drinking water, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and soil air in relation to environmental advice. The accredited laboratories have highly qualified chemists, mineralogists and technicians as staff members, whose quality objectives are: precision, service and Pünktlichkeit [the highly respected German style of punctuality].

Under the new name of Kiwa Control GmbH, all clients and business relations in Germany and all over the world are being serviced as usual and moreover, now also have access to the international services of the Kiwa Group of Companies.

Christian Böhme, for many years the manager of the Berlin Analytiklabor will be of counsel to Kiwa and his present second-in-command Herr Marcus Schulte will be appointed manager of Analytiklabor Berlin.
