This document specifies the aims of the Kiwa UK Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 Approval Scheme. This note is designed so as to inform the water industry, general public, and manufacturers of the aims of this scheme and so as to promote an active understanding of the route to approval and of the terms and conditions under which such an approval is granted.
